We extend our sincere appreciation for your participation in the Powwow in Parsons event. We are pleased to offer complimentary camping and tickets for your immediate family (spouse and underage children) in recognition of your valuable involvement. As a family-oriented park, Five River Campground maintains a 10pm quiet time policy, as well as a 5 mph speed limit. Please be advised that the park does not permit parties or disruptive behavior. Your cooperation in upholding these guidelines is greatly appreciated

    SET UP TIMES

    Friday between 12pm-8pm
    Saturday between 8am-11am

    Vendors must be set up by Saturday at 11 am

    CAMPING
    Camping at your vendor site is permitted. However, no pets will be permitted in the vending or performance area. If you will have a pet with you, please call to reserve a site in the main camping areas.

    Please note that check-out time is at 8pm on Sunday the 30th. Powwow In Parsons assumes no responsibility for any loss due to fire, wind, or any other cause to the vendor's property. The vendor is liable for any damages resulting from their operation. It is agreed that Powwow In Parsons and Five River Campground are not liable for any accidents arising from vendor activities or possessions. Vendors providing licensed services must prominently display their license at the event. Additionally, food vendors must possess a food handler's card approved by the Tucker County, WV health department.
